PRIVACY

Privacy should be a product behavior, not a footnote.

This notice explains how Iron Log handles account, training, recovery and social information when you use the service.

Information Iron Log stores

Depending on what you use, Iron Log may store account details, profile identity, workouts, exercise history, PRs, bodyweight, goals, recovery inputs, nutrition preferences, social connections, messages, support requests and subscription state.

Private training and recovery data

Recovery/readiness is not silently exposed on other athletes' profiles. Private profiles remain gated by the existing relationship controls. Iron Log should not make new training or recovery fields public without an explicit sharing decision.

Social sharing

Posts, profile discovery, challenge links and coach-view links are deliberate sharing surfaces. The product shows when an action creates something other people can see. Revocable coach-view links remain read-only.

Service providers

Iron Log uses service providers for database/storage, realtime messaging, email, subscription billing and selected AI-powered features. Data is shared only as needed to provide the requested service. Paddle processes Iron Log Pro checkout and billing information; Iron Log does not store card details.

Your controls

Current controls include profile visibility/discovery choices, friend relationships, revocable coach links, notification controls and account-level settings. To request support about your account or data, contact the support address listed on our Support page.

Security

Iron Log uses authenticated routes, ownership checks, upload validation, rate limits and provider-specific security controls. No software can promise absolute security, but we work to protect information using reasonable technical and organizational measures.
